Prior to opening his practice, he was a founding partner at Levine & Siman, P.C. from 1994 to 2013 where he successfully represented numerous individuals, families, and businesses before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Department of State (DOS), U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), Administrative Appeals Office (AAO), Board of Alien Labor Certification (BALCA), and federal courts in New York.
Mr. Levine is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the New York County Lawyers’ Association.
