Eric Levine has one goal in mind: to serve his clients’ needs with empathy and approachability. He has devoted his career to the practice of immigration law and has been a dedicated advocate on behalf of his clients for over 25 years. As the son of an immigrant, he knows how important it is to partner with someone who understands your goals and who can help you to achieve them.

Prior to opening his practice, he was a founding partner at Levine & Siman, P.C. from 1994 to 2013 where he successfully represented numerous individuals, families, and businesses before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Department of State (DOS), U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), Administrative Appeals Office (AAO), Board of Alien Labor Certification (BALCA), and federal courts in New York.AILA-2013-member-logo

Mr. Levine is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the New York County Lawyers’ Association.
