He has devoted his career to the practice of immigration law and has been a dedicated advocate on behalf of his clients for over 25 years. Prior to opening his practice, he was a founding partner at Levine & Siman, P.C. from 1994 to 2013 where he successfully represented numerous individuals, families, and businesses before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Department of State (DOS), U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), Administrative Appeals Office (AAO), Board of Alien Labor Certification (BALCA), and federal courts in New York.AILA-2013-member-logo
